Dana Bultje has been playing violin for the past 16 years and piano for 12 years.
She is a member of the Cathedral Bluffs Symphony Orchestra, playing first violin. Dana is a past member of the Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra, where she held the position of associate principal second violin. She also performs with the York Chamber Ensemble on occasion as a member of their first violin section.
Most recently she completed her ARCT in Performance through the Royal Conservatory of Music, achieving a First Class Honours standing. She is continuing her studies under the tutelage of Jacob Lakirovich.
Dana plays on a Thomas Perry violin (dubbed the "Irish Stradivarius"), made in 1924 in Dublin, Ireland.
